A few weeks ago I got to fly off to LasVegas for WPPI for a few days.  For those of you who may not know what that means, it’s Wedding and Portrait Photographers International and they gather in Vegas each March for their convention and tradeshow.  And it’s amazing.  Its a whirlwind of workshops, classes, lectures, presentations, and parties.  While I was there, I decided to attend a stylized wedding shoot at the Stirling Club.  The event was organized by Emma & Josh Smith of Emma Jane Photography out of Los Angeles.  We worked with 5 talented & very beautiful models – 3 brides, 2 grooms.  The Stirling Club was magical and I’m SO glad I took the opportunity to actually shoot an event while in Vegas.  Take a look at some of the images I captured…

I’ve known Christina now for about 5 years…we met while working together at a Starbucks in Concord, California.  The first thing you notice about Christina is that she’s beautiful, and that she has a smile that just lights up the place.  And when you get to know her better, you’ll discover she’s so incredibly kind, hilariously goofy, and well, a little bit ….*loud*!  I just love her and I’m so happy that on the 2nd of August, after a long engagement, she was married to her Richie.
The image above was captured by my husband, Paul.  He did a magnificent job as my second shooter on this event
He is her best friend.  She is his.  It’s plain to see.
Rich & Christina….thank you, thank you, thank you!  Paul and I were honored that you allowed us to join you on your wedding day.  We celebrate you and the love you have for each other.  Many thanks to your families for making us feel like part of the family while we were there with you.  May you be very blessed in your marriage.

My lovely friend Amy and her fabulous new husband Chris. I met Amy while attending Purdue and worked with her at Jakes! Amy and Chris married earlier this year in Boston, and they celebrated with their friends and families in Indianapolis the day after Christmas. ♥

On Halloween night, Jeff & Sarah officially became Mr. & Mrs!  This is one wedding that I will not soon forget.  A pirate-themed costume party with a little wedding thrown in!  Make sure you watch the video.
**btw, Sarah is my hair stylist and she is fab-u-lous.  If you’ve been searching for an amazing stylist, she works at Elle Salon off of Friendship Road in Buford.

Introducing…..Mr & Mrs Love.  Yep, their last name really is Love!  You might remember Andrew & Amanda from their engagement session last summer.  They are such a lovely couple and I had an amazing time capturing their special day.  Special thanks to Keri Smith for assisting me on this event – great work, Keri!
